Hola, beautiful ones!! Welcome back & if you're new here, welcome! So, this post will be a little different for me. Often , I make a wish list of the beauty things I want to buy, but never really took the time to think about the things I would NEVER buy, both drugstore and highend alike. I've seen many of these anti-haul videos & blog posts floating around & decided to give it a whirl myself. So if you're interested in all the products I will NOT be buying, then just keep reading!
Though I do enjoy Colourpop because of the variety and the prices, I don't think they give us consumers enough time to enjoy other releases before they're pushing out even more products. On top of that, the pastel colors just don't speak to me . If I'm gonna wear a polish, I want something either in the warm neutrals or bold & balls to the wall. Lastly, the shades are just not unique enough to me. They all look like colors that I already have seen or own.
Now, the palette is absolutely gorgeous!! Beautiful color selection & pigmentation is on point. But to have a $129 price tag??? NO MA'AM. It will sit right where it is: on the shelf. THose shadows better be able to drive, cook, clean, file my taxes....everything!!
A lot of people are on this whole rainbow/unicorn kick lately, as well as many of these companies. Over the last several months , brands have been releasing some from of product following this trend & I'm not real into that. Plus, they're not practical colors. Like, what person is really gonna wear a rainbow or purple highlighter to their 9 to 5?? Not I.

I've actually had the opportunity to swatch this palette in stores & I won't lie, the shades were pretty . However, as pretty as they were, I will not be picking up this palette because I already own the original & I believe that 1o of the 21 shades in the deluxe palette are repeat shades & I'm just getting to the point where I don't need 50,000 of the same shade.

Benefit has never been a brand that I feel has attempted to cater to the deeper skinned consumer, which is frustrating and makes me annangry (annoyed and angry) . So, when I had heard about this foundation coming out, I was like hmm , maybe they'll surprise me . Sure enough, they let me down once again. Like why do these higher end brands feel like everyone is only a light to tan skin tone?????? Come on, here!!!! Not all of us are beige or olive toned!
Well, I hope that you enjoy my anti-haul!! Let me know about some of the things that are on your anti haul list!! Thanks for reading, and like always, Stay Beautiful!

- Urban Decay Naked Heat palette (retails $54.00)
Now, I do really think that Urban Decay has some decent shadows and palettes for the most part, but honestly, this palette doesn't excite me. Especially since SO many companies are putting out warm shadow singles and palettes. It just looks very uninspired and not exciting to me. Plus, there's other palettes like the NYX Warm Neutrals and the Colourpop Yes, Please that are so darn similar and WAYYYYYY cheaper!!
- Anastasia Beverly Hills blush trios (retails $30.00)

I just knew in my mind I was gonna be all over these!! I love the three Anastasia palettes I own & enjoy the ever popular Brow Wiz & Brow Gel, so I leaped at the chance to be able to try more things from ABH! But, when I went to Ulta and swatched them all (specifically the one I really wanted, Berry Adore), I was SO disappointed!! They were so patchy and powdery, to my unpleasant surprise. So , sadly, they will not be making a home in my collection.
