2 Palettes , 1 Month Challenge

Hello, all! It's CHALLENGE time!!! I was going through my makeup collection and realized I've got a whole lot----a WHOLE lot---of things I haven't used, mainly eyeshadow palettes So after browsing the Instagram for a bit, I ran across the 2 Palettes, 1 Month challenge which is just that---you choose ANY 2 palettes of your choice and those are the only shadows you can reach for when you choose to wear makeup. Now since January is more that halfway over, I'm deciding to do mine for both the remainder of January and all of February. These are the two palettes I'm choosing to use: Coastal Scents Revealed -- I do enjoy the color payoff I get from this palette and the large range of neutral colors. You can go from matte to shimmer, day to night with no real difficulty. This palette is said to be a dupe for both the Naked 1 & 2 palettes from Urban Decay, and I believe it holds true to that!! So if you've been eyeing either Naked palette but don't quite f...

Review: Nubian Heritage African Black Soap

Hello, all! Happy new year to everyone!! I came on to give my review on the second out of the three soaps I received from Nubian Heritage---the African Black Soap. Price: $4.99 on NH website and at the Vitamin Shoppe (5 oz size) Specs: This soap claims to be  acne-fighting,  detoxifying and healing.  Also, it was designed for people with   combination, oily, sensitive, and problem skin  , however it has been said that people with ALL skin types can use this as well :) but, back to the specs. Like I mentioned on my review on the Shea Butter soap , on the container is a brief history about how Nubian Heritage got its start and the ayurvedic properties about the key ingredients--which for this product line is shea butter, oats, aloe, palm ash, plaintain peel, tamarind extract and vitamin E. Palm Ash, Tamarind & Plantain Peel--soothing properties ; minimizes the appearance of superficial skin imperfections Oats--brightens and evens skin tone ...
